[help] security code , 5530xm

Whenever i restart phone , a security code screen comes , asking to put security code .!
I never started it .
even if i put any numbers in that , it opens the phone. I don't know why it starts coming.!

even flashed several times for that. Nothing happened , same problem
Tried changing core's  .. diff cfw , ofw :|

Mine used to do that :/ something to do with my memory card i think.

Hard rest your phone once
Disable security code before flashing & flash it
