nokia's default dictionary can be extracted from a fw.

i dont have nokia's default dic. did u hav the file?

just extract a cfw which have the dictionary. Then open it in nokia fw cleaner. Tick only the dictionary. Hit + button. Then click 'back up'.
Now in nokia firmware cleaner's back up folder, you can see the dictionary.rsis file. Rename it to dictionary.rar. Then extract it as a normal rar file. Done.
