Weblin in an alternative to Cydia and iTunes App Store. It contains Cydia packages as well as rejected app-store apps.
It works on all non-jailbroken devices and will cost $9.99, for jailbroken devices, it works for free. You must first download the Weblin Plugin for iOS 4 or iOS 5 and then download the packages from the website .
A major advantage of Weblin is that you don't need to respring your device once you install the packages , you can easily go back and try out the new package installed. As for the disadvantages, I must say it has many problems such as few packages available, APT not supported, doesn't work if you have appsync installed.
For now, I recommend you don't try Weblin with all bugs it contains. It's not worth the money charged so we must wait before this Cydia Alternative will fix its problem.
