Hello again folks, been a long time since I posted on here so bear with me and my amateurish when it comes to phones but I'm in need of your help.

Just today I've finally gotten round to updating from Anna to Belle and I'm fairly impressed, except for one or two things.

My main issue is with the fact that the notification widget is no longer available. Don't get me wrong, I like the pull down feature but I used to like being able to see who was texting me and the brief content of the text as you received it.

So, knowing the geniuses that get on this place I came on and searched about and came across a very long topic on this subject where people came up with solutions and many users seemed to be able to install a notification widget that works fine on Belle.

So, I followed the steps provided in the aforementioned topic but immediately hit a brick wall when the step-by-step guide told you to copy the relevant files to the C: Phone memory. For some reason when I have my Nokia C7-00 open on my laptop it's showing as C: Phone memory is completely full: 0 bytes free of 489MB it says to be precise, with a nice red bar for good measure.

Yet, on my phone, when I go to Files and it lists C: Phone memory, E: Mass memory and so on, C: Phone memory states: Free: 124.1MB.

This means I am unable to copy the required files needed for the notification widget I so desperately seek into my C: Phone memory because I get the message stating there is no free space on the device. I even came across another topic on here which was in relation to C: Phone memory appearing as full when it perhaps shouldn't have been, and tried moving and/or deleting files I could including a huge wallpaper folder and that still hasn't worked.

Has anybody any idea what the problem is here and how it can be rectified? I know the notification widget isn't the be all and end all but if possible I'd love to have it back.

Apologies for the lengthy post but I had nowhere else to turn and I've been on trying to fix this for about two hours now!

Cheers.

pc allways shows the drive is full, you must use x-plore or activefile from the phone to copy the files.

Here
x-plore

Nah sorry chaps I'm still clueless. Think I might just have to give up going after this notifications widget.

I don't even know how and where to install Rompatcher 3.0+ and all the other required stuff for it! A dummy's step-by-step guide is probably needed but I understand getting one of those is unlikely!

Cheers anyway.
