N8 Stock on white logo after complete programming

hello,

i really have a hard time for 8 days, maybe i oversee something.
please help me out!!

i followed the instruction to upgrade, even the downgrade in this forum.
how to manual are very clear, but somehow i can`t get this fixed.

i use phoenix 2012.04.003.47798 and NaviFirm 1.7
i had (netherlands) anna version 22.14 this came from store.
after a call the screen went white and frozen.

hard reset didnt work, battery changing neither.
so i downloaded with navifirm 111.030 for the type RM-596
Copied to the program folder.

with phoenix program i followed the instructions in other section mentioned about how to upgrade or/and how to flash
every things went fine ..  i think...
i got this in the dialog box

somehow turning the phone on , it shows only a black background with white nokia logo.
after complete programming i try to put the phone on.
it shows me the logo..
8 sec holding wont work for a restart.
only thing what happens is .. logo is gone...
putting on .. logo is back...

the strange part after programming complete is.. i got the feeling
usb automatic switched off...
but before programming this was not a issue..
if i re do it... the usb is working fine until programming is complete.

then i tried to down grade with the scandinavion files.
the logo is gone... i can only see black and feel the vibration..

so i put back the 111.. i got my logo back, but without working N8.
can i anyone tell me, what am i doing wrong or can anyone give me some help what to do

what FW do u use before u do such a thing? if u r on belle .609 n u want to go for anna, u need downgrade it first. after that only u can upgrade to anna FW.

same will do if u on .904..
try look for use scandivia file because got one not working. the working one should be 11.5. flash it n when phoenix shows try communicate with the phone, unplugged usb and restart ur phone.

after that, upgrade on anna. use dead usb flashing.

my FW was 22.15 anna, after a phone call it was suddenly frozen, actualy dead kind of.

i found the scandivia 11.5 and flashed with phoenix 2012.004
communication with the phone is going well,
using the check box dead usb flashing.

once again i see the same problem, programming is complete
but after that, the communication is no more with the phone.

even after unplugging the phone out of the usb kabel and holding 8 sec.
the phone vibrates for a moment, and then nothing happens.

and then i connect the phone with usb cable,
i press the upper button, once agian holding it for a while.
it wont connect for some reason.

once again i have flashed 11.5, after programmin complete
still same messages.
but this time in de oldies i got a whit black ground en nokia logo.
tried 5 times to restart by holing the power button.
and somethin new happend.. the phone was constantly vibrating..
i had to hold like 12 sec to maken it off.
i really dont know wat to do...
i read the tutorials and watch on youtube, but it wont restart somehow..
the battery is not dead , i can see the light is flashing and the logo is appearing..
very strange situation...

try use the other scandivian file 11.7.. hope u can bring back your N8 to life..
