my nokia e5 started writing fone startup failed....contact retailer,i've tried removin the simcard and hard reset but it refused to work,i decided to flash with phoenix but when it reaches the stage for me to press power button,notin seems to be working,i now noticed that when usb cord is pluged in the phone,it wil not power unless i remove the usb from the phone before power button will work.another problem is that if i connect it to pc,it wont reconize it,the drivers wont even install,am just stocked up...can anybody help me with any possible solution..this is the error msg

Ihad the same problem with my Nokia 5530,because l deleted some files from C/Private folder,but l flash him again with OFW,and l solved the problem.Are you removed memory card before you hard reset the phone  memory card?Maybe that help...or format memory card.

have you tried using the dead phone usb flashing method on pheonix et?
