Ics or wait for Wp8

Hey Guys, I am planning to buy a Phone.
I am a Nokia lover 'cause they make the most sturdy and beautiful phones and would've gone with lumia 800 if it were getting WP8.
So guys should I wait for wp8 or buy an ics phone now?
And One more thing, is 512 mb ram enough for gud gaming on android (talking about Xperia sola)?

Confused b/w galaxy s advance and xperia sola?
One thing about internal storage in android, if we wipe the mobile or flash it, would i lose all my photos and files etc.
If its divided as in Nokia n97, then 16gb is more than enuf for me!
And could i run gta 3 on sola W/o lags?
