Good news Samsung Galaxy S II owners, now you can experience the new TouchWiz UX launcher thanks to XDA developer Smando.

XDA developer Smando successfully ported the new TouchWiz UX launcher from Galaxy S III to Galaxy S II. The new TouchWiz UX launcher is available in two versions: TouchWizUX 4x5 - 4 columns and 5 rows in appdrawer (Stock layout) and TouchWizUX 5x5 - 5 columns and 5 rows in appdrawer.

Note: The Galaxy S3  TouchWiz launcher will only work on Samsung based ROMs, will not work on AOSP based ROMs like AOKP or CM9.
