I download a app called "kinoni Remote Desktop" from OVI store, that provide interface to operate pc through mobile. but i can't connect my PC can any one help me?

I'm not familiar with that particular app, but have you installed the necessary application on your computer?

Also, you may want to check your firewall logs for any evidence that traffic is being blocked.
