How to get themes shortcut on Belle?

Hey guys, is there any way we can get themes shortcut on homescreen of symbian belle as there is no option of adding it currently to the HS? It will be easy to change themes at just a touch rather than going into menu and settings.

its simple,,,, just using quick apps panel
Quick Apps Panel allows you tocreate a quick launch panel, and set up to 5 applications.
To show the panel, simply passyour finger over the phone light sensor in any moment and application.
