TravelVegas is a free application designed for preparing a trip to Vegas. The application has nine different categories which are deals, hotels, shows, dining, nightlife, transportation, tours, attractions and air.  You can see from the list it covers anything a tourist might need to visit Vegas.

TravelVegas shows current weather in the status bar. It includes three categories across the bottom of the home screen. The categories are home, travel guides, and favorites.  Each of the nine categories shows directions to the location as driving, public transportation, or walking directions. The driving directions are opened in Google maps. I thought it would be nice to include different map applications such as Waze.

The travel guides includes things such as taxi tips, kid shows, family attractions, and many more. They did a great job putting together a list of all the different types of entertainment inside Vegas.

The favorites category allows the user to add any location they desire. Simply tap the plus symbol in the top right corner. It will add it to the favorites list.  The user may later delete or refer to it again.  TravelVegas definitely will spark interest with many.  I think we will see many different cities added ad time progresses.

If you are planning a trip to Vegas I would definitely download this application to be better prepared in all situations. Find your hotel, taxis, restaurants, and more.  While your there just refer to your app for anything you need.  What better way to get use of such an expensive device?   Lets turn it into all other devices we could ever need.   Click here to download now.
