1.If a phone is flashed with a different region firmware is it a problem ? for Eg. if Nokia 5230 with original f/w:RM-593 flashed with Nokia 5230 f/w:(RM-588) i.e firmware for same mobile but with different product code.

2.If done so, and phone is bricked, how to revive it ? any ideas o possibilities ?
