Guys....

I have flashed my N8 with the new version of belle by taylor.
it versions as v111-040-0904.
The details are in this website.
http://www.symbiantweet.com/nokia-n8-belle-v111-040-0904-firmware-leaked-in-cfw-brings-fp1-task-manager-new-widgets-new-browser

Is it a leaked belle really or just mods of various belle firmvers avaliable...
If i need to flash againg with the bello OFW should i downgrade it to PR1 -->ANNA--> and then flash it with the belle OFW Huh?

Has any one of have this firmware installed? How does this work..can have upto 10 Homescreens and have lots of widgets.

more importantentely can this be hacked?Huh

Plz advise...looking forward for your comments.
Thank you.

A bit complicated approach, indeed Cheesy

In the symbiantweet post you mention, if you read it carefully (after the loooooooooooooong changelog), the original thread (of this forum) is indicated:http://forum.dailymobile.net/index.php?topic=61574.0

You may wish to ask your associated questions in the appropriate thread, to my mind.

try using it with wifi on(even if you are not connected to a wifi), It's a known bug with google maps.

Thanks luisoman2000 but tried all combinations of wifi off/on mobile data off/on etc but no luck, can't get google maps to open. Also discovered to today that Nokia maps gave problems - it seemed fine but when we started driving it kept re-calculating and not giving turn by turn navigation. I think I read there's a patch available. will do some more research
