fm transmitter gone after updating

my sister's c7 had the fm transmitter before the update to nokia belle now it's gone.
she have tried everything to get it back but nothing
also the same happened when i updated my n79 to the latest firmware(that happend over a year ago and also tried everything)
so,any way to get it back?on both phones

If you don't mind losing your written language (native). Choose any firmware that doesnnot block fm transmitting. Euros the best bet. Or use cfw, belle delight support multiple languages.

Did you try to go to settings and there somewhere must be play via radio

yes i have looked in the settings and still nothing and a c7

try search app on phone and search it...
or also search via search option in menu..
if still not working then flash again..
