If it doesn't work for you, you might have to delete the corresponding *.cre file from the persist subdirectory so the *.txt will be applied at all ;-)
I suggest using tweaks as it offers a few more than just this one ;-)
What files name are deleted from the folder persist ? |

I have this file, i deleted it, extracted again to C, rebooted and still no joy.....  |
