 Hi Guys,

I need your help badly i tried using the phoenix to update my N8 firmware to delight belle 5.1 and when in tried to do that with the help of my phoenix software it shows the following error message .

I have also attached the screenshot of the error .

the phoenix software version i use is 2012.04.003.47798..
the operating system is Windows7.

Make sure you're are placed in appropriate rm - xxx folder

make sure all your firmware files started with RMxxx name, some files usually started with number

clear all firmware folders! if you have more than one firmware in the firmware folders you will get this error.

I solved this problem like this


After installing phoenix, don't open application directly.
Just Right click on the phoenix shortcut on your desktop and select "Run as Administrator". It worked for me.. So please have a try
