When creating a topic try to write an informative and not too lengthy heading, the heading should state clearly the subject of the topic.... "Help! my phone is broken / Need Help" is not very helpful to others and may not get proper attention / replies from members.

Can you tell the exact procedure you are following?
Have you tried flashing with ofw? From Navifirm...
Also, try flashing with a BLANK uda n without your memory card inserted.
I can attach a blank uda for you here.

Rename it or do a manual flash.

i fixed mine by just doing a hard reset. (green, red, camera, power keys). have you deleted something on your phone's C: drive before that problem occur? mine was, I've deleted the homescreen templates on my C: drive, then when i reboot, it prompts me that the start up failed and contact the retailer... blah blah... i cant also flash my phone when it happend to me, as the pc was unable to detect the phone. Instead of asking how are you, think how you are.

Same happened to me but the problem disappeared itself .. Wink

Mine was due to inadequate charging. My phone switched off due to low battery and i plugged the charger, switched it on , then this message flashed !!

The real problem you have is located in the mass memory. So to solve it you need to download the firmware UDA ROFS and CORE and even the MMC component which is usually a one gigabite lenght from navifirmware. In the process of flashing, jaf or phoenix will detect the mass memory component in the firmware and will format and replace the existing data with the fw ones and then you will be able to boot.
