you really can't, but just incase in the future you will want to backup and restore your messages, I suggest you use free-isms lastest version i think is 1.20. they have an option to back up and restore those messages plus its a good app!

Yes you can! Simply drag and drop the message from Nokia Suite to the appropriate folder on your device shown in the bottom left. Remember to drag messages one at a time. If you drag and drop the whole conversations to say, "inbox", your phone would be full of both received and sent items.

There is an easier way to accomplish this however in the Nokia Suite 3.3.86. Since it has the "Inbox" and "Sent" views, you can simply select the "Inbox", hit CTRL + A (Select all), then drag the messages to the "Inbox" folder of your phone shown in the bottom left. You can do the same with "Sent" as well.
