I think it is a feature of NFE by PNHT?? Huh

ya correct
but now we use NC and it is much different from NFEstd.
That utility very usefull in porting firmware to another RM.

what diffrent in romdump-
1-when we get it from nokia cooker (on pc)  and
2-when we get it from rp+ (on phone)
