We have seen lawsuits and counter lawsuits between Apple and Samsung for quite some time now and it certainly is turning out to be the biggest legal battle of all times in the tech industry...but its just going to get uglier.
"We'll be pursuing our rights for this in a more aggressive way from now on," Lee Younghee said in an interview. Samsungs response to the lawsuits has been quiet for long and he the Koreans clearly aim to take an aggressive toll. He also said that apple has been "free riding" the wireless patents for long now.
It is quite understood that Samsungs comment comes after the news about Apple moving away to Taiwanese TSMC for the memory supplies surfaced in the media.
