Update my C6-01 from PR1.2 to Anna, I'm using Nokia Software Updater..After download and install, my C6-01 can not start, STUCK ON WHITE SCREEN and turn off again...please some one help me.. Undecided Cry

try again with Ovi suite then with Nokia software updater from beta labs

hd nothing helps just give it a flash with phoenix .

i updated my c6-01 from v14 to anna and i seems be good, but after update i updated again from phone "SWUPDATE" and i has an error on REQUIRED UPDATE.. i cant understand

already try this..but it need USB connection..I can't start my phone, when i push on/off button it's vibrate once and display white screen with no nokia logo, and suddenly turn off by it self...can you teach me how to flash with pheonix??   Huh

I try to flash with phoenix..it also need USB connection and...big problem, my phone only show white screen...I think my phone is dead!!!..waiting so long for the Update, but now its killed my phone!!

no do you see some drivers getting installed when you plug in your mobile
you just need to select usb dead mode and hit flash just like blinds don't see your phone it will become alive after all Smiley

Keep pressing ur phones power on/off swtich for 8-10 seconds it will vibrate 3 times and ur phone will start. TRY this. Should work or wlse when it is switched off keep it for charging and as soon as it starts charging try to switch it on. If that also doesnt work thn only option is NOKIA CARE CENTRE. Or try hard reset for ur phone with 3 KEYS COMBINATION. Let me know the results.

already try 8 second trick, hard reset with 3 keys..still have same resault... Sad
