It's great when we think that we have the best mobile in the world and I'm glad that you all fell that way.

Now back to the topic.

As I said many times, there are no perfection in this world and specially mobile phones, SGS2 has things Sensation hasn't and vice-verça...
I must agree that the big bunch of devs on XDA are behind HTC devices, they unlocked one of the most unlockable device even before HTC release their own unlocking key!!

i want to know whether updates are possible through FOTA not whether it supports it or not.
Galaxy s2 also supports it but you cant update through it..
I think you can understand what i am trying to say...

Have you ever updated through it on any htc phone???

HTC phones normally get a firmware updates OTA. I've updated my Desire last year from Android v2.1 to v2.2 OTA. All data was preserved.

Take it easy. Read and understand as much as you can.
Know what you are doing. There is no rush.

Only after you feel comfortable enough, go ahead with rooting and flashing custom ROMs. These will only get improved in the coming months.

I rooted my sensation as soon as bootloader was unlocked. And i find things much easier in Android than Nokia.. No PC required at all. Its fun..
I have been flashing average of 2 ROMS a day. Once you start, you'll get addicted.
