I think a $200 Apple smartphone would really blow the competition away. I'd probably purchase one of them as long as they had decent specs and, since its rumored to use iPhone 4 components, its more than likely going to be a powerful phone for its price range.

I dont think, that there will be a little iPhone. It would be a competitor to their own iPod Touch -> would be a stupid decision.

How would it be that? iPod Touch is an iPhone without the phone.

Or do you mean the Nano 6G? It doesn't run iOS (only something that looks like it) and misses a phone feature.
