Go to symbian 60 modding section, search N8 icons package.
With nokia editor, open and extract your rofs2 - resource - apps - copy all N8 icons you have to that folder (some have to replace the old files).

you don't get the point. i have a cfw that has n8 icons in it, and i want to remove n8 icons from it.

Ooops, my bad.

Use original firmware, as I see
there's none user who post original
icon package.
Or (this might broke your firmware),
copy files in your rofs2 -resource - apps from the original firmware and
replace files from your cooked
firmware.
