Added the ability to more smoothly adjust the screen brightness

For 5800-port c6
For 5800 - Original firmware

For 5530 - port C6 + Off Video Call support
For 5230 - port C6 + Off Video Call & 3D Effect (in Profiles) support

Perhaps, but there are included unnecessary for the 5233 option (for example TV-Out). Give me a file sys\bin\StaticFeatures.dll, I'll try to do for 5233. For 5530 and 5230 will add later

i need only smoother brightness mod and i dont want disable video call...is it possible to provide that mod?
