Hello guys,
I'm seeing that a lot of mods have been released and people is working on other projects, and I think we should tk make a Wiki. You may know Wikipedia: it should be great to document every part of Symbian and share the info with everyone! With a Wiki, we should be able to work better on any project.

Introduction

This site was created to provide a new warm house to the Symbian S60V5 developers and fan community. The site contains all OS related stuff for anyone weather you are a Firmware/application developer or simply a Sophisticated user.

The Purpose (Mission)
    * Create this site to be as professional as possible.
    * Gather all the possible information about Symbian S60V5
    * Publish the information in the clearest most professional manner.
These are the targets we want to meet:
    * Create a new home for the symbian S60V5 community.
    * Map all files and directories on the the Symbian S60V5.
    * Supply a set of tools to help developers.

Objectives:
So what am I doing here? As I mentioned before, my purpose is to get as much information as possible about the Symbian S60V5 operating system that runs on the any mobile phone.
There are a lot of people that want to create custom firmware or any applications and widgets and simply lack the right information they need for that. So this site should provide that much needed information.
I guess this site will evolve with the evolution of the Symbian OS.

Project Constraints
This site will always give credit to others for their hard work and will do it's best not to handle any illegal action or piece of software.

and I did some google and i only can find there are android wiki and iPhone wiki but don't have symbain wiki
So i need some volunteer to help me to collect the info.

Hello everybody, I'm andyx and finally I'm using my definitive login datas (I was symbiansurfer).
I'm seeing that a lot of mods have been released and people is working on other projects, and I think we should think to a Wiki. So, what is your idea? I can create a free wiki and give the access to everyone, to start collecting infos.

It should help modders for easy access to latest info, but more to people that want to become modders and better understand Symbian OS. NICE!

Well the file description of each and every file of the Symbian 9.4 OS isn't available with anyone yet. But you can just upload Upakul's or Coderus's file descriptions of the Be9 folder. That can of great help to newbies as we mostly mod the Be9 files.

its been around a while, got a lot of be9 info in there....why dont you see if you can help expand an already existing setup, rather than start from scratch
