Missing Music Widget on 5800's Homescreen

heyy guys..
im having problem with my 5800's (v40) homescreen
be4 when i used to listen to music then hit the red button.. to show the homescreen
song details should appear on the homescreen

BUT the point is.. NOW when i do the same thing
THAT BOX is NOT shown.. and the music is running on background well
but no song name and no three buttons::

Try to reboot the phone. Turn it off, remove the battery for 5min, the boot it up. Probably just a RAM issue. The new contacts bar eats 10mb more RAM than shortcut bar.

i've chosen the "Contacts Bar" homescreen them,,
but.. my phone is NOT hacked.. cant reach there..

ok.. i tried to connect the phone via USB "PC Suite" mode
then exploring C: .. "private" folder is not shown

w8ing for another solution

Well, tell me, how have you did the hard reset? Which button that you'd pressed?

I'm fairly sure you can't get to Private in C without hacking your phone...

Have you tried booting your phone while holding red, green and camera button? *this is software reset*

Personally i use orange hs which doesn't really have any bugs. Only problem with it is that you can only start and stop the music from the hs and not skip tracks.. It also eats up less RAM

1st.. like he said i can NOT get into there without hacking the phone
2nd i did the hard rest be4 a few weeks..
i just dialed >> ""  *#7370#  ""    but i think it was working even after the hard rest..

no i didnt try that kind of rebooting..

This has been asked lots of times already and i havent heard of someone fixing this problem with other methods aside from what zulfan_efendi said. Well, if youre lucky then you might solve this thing by doing a hard reset or flashing your phone
