When i try to install Dark Glamour it tells me i'm "constrained by the certificate"

Anyone know how i solve the problem?  Is it as simple as heading onto the sybiansigned website and putting my IMEI in and choosing the theme that needs signing?  Is that all there is to it?

I like the dark, one, but there is a problem with certificate.
I tried *#7370#, but it didn't work
with the red one, there is no problem
