I had got some monoblock samsung phone around 2004, dont remember its what it was called tho. But i do remember that it was thin(for its time, bout 14mm), had an antenna and the screen(monochrome) backlight could change to over 7 different colours. Was 10 when i got it Smiley
if anybody knows which model i am talking about, please do let me know...

Mine was Alcatel Easy...   No touchscreen, no Kinetic Scrolling, no Enhanced Homescreen...   boy, I really liked that phone...    Cheesy

yes but dont forget the mobile was never around when most of us were of a young age.
mine was some motorola  thing it had a left and right button with a massive ok button above them oh and the usually numbers etc (obviously) but it only had on "app" and that was some game thing which you entered your D.O.B and some other bits n bobs and it gave you statics like love etc.
but sadly it got run over on my way to some dirt jumps bloody sunday drivers

Nokia 3210, bought in 1999 and still works.
Doesn't look, but it's a heavy phone (or is it because the chinese battery? Tongue )

My first phone was a Nokia 3310, bought it when I was 8 years old, not sure..

The I bought a Sony Ericsson t230i, then a Nokia 6230, then a Nokia 6230i then a Nokia 5300 XM, then a Nokia 6233, then a Samsung F700, then a LG Renoir, then a Samsung Omnia, then a Nokia 5800 and now I have me lovely HTC Dream Grin

Don't forget he, is 20 now, 6 years ago, the phones were much more expansive and most kids didn't had so much money as most kids now have.. Smiley
