Realplayer supports MP4's, but not the h264 codec I believe.  You will most likely need to convert the video.

ive tried that but all the vids lags, doesn't matter the video size and stuff, they all lag

That's pretty pointless IMO.  I'd rather convert them to a higher resolution.....

u better try total video converter. just drag ur movie,select ur platform (nokia symbian xxx series) insert subtitle, and convert. no need to think about size or audio..it is all pre-set.
