Well, here's what I've figured out.

s60snr.ttf is the main font. It is used for text messages, and other text things like that. If you change your fonts, s60snr and s60zdigi must be the same file (use a duplicate). zdigi seems to deal with some capital letters, but not all.
s60ssb is used for the keyboard, and s60tsb is used for headings, if I remember correctly. Those aren't everything the fonts are used for, but the main ones that I've noticed.

Edit: just checked the browser on my phone. snr is used also as the browser's main text, ssb is used for bold text eg links, and tsb is used for UI button labels. iSMS also uses ssb for the conversation contact names.

    Hello, folks!
Perhaps a noob question, but what would happen if I added a few .tff files to the original Fonts folder on Z by copying them from the computer?

You can't access the Z: drive in USB mode, it's hidden.

No, but neither do any other fonts. To have the correct symbols you will have to merge the A-Z a-z 0-9 of the font you want with one of the Nokia fonts, else the symbols for "Silent", "Message in outbox" etc on the home screen will not display. You can do this with software such as FontCreator.

I think you'll find the fonts i've uploaded have all symbols, except the last font 'Anna'.

Good work. Unfortunately, as a result, people are limited to using fonts you've uploaded. I've used FontCreator to merge some other fonts such as Lucida Grande and Myriad Pro.
I'm having trouble with getting the ascender and descender limits right though... my miniscule g's and j's are getting cut off on the landscape qwerty screen.
