Why don't you have the sis files for what you have installed?

Mr G , I have many apps that show up in the app manager but they do not have an icon in the application menu. i do not have their sis files because I must have downloaded them a long time ago via ovi store or thru get jar. this happened after a hard reset i think.
when i try to uninstall them thru app manager it says it cannot be removed.

if the app appears on the menu, you can try to organize and highlight the said app then cick options>remove
