Nope, it was designed to be replaceable and very modular. Also it has the most flash linking so it should work.

    Hhmmm...
So will S60 browser remain as well?
What size will Omnia browser be anway, around 5mb?, or can it share any of the S60 browser dll's?

Would be nearly better if it would just replace it, for the MediaBar

    Have you tried in ROM

Man the fact is Even if you port the FULL BROWSER, The Browser bug will be removed but "THE VOLUME BUG" will still be there

There is definitely some information in Samsung DLL that stops the Flash Player from using the volume keys when it is used for the HS
So a full port of flash player will be enough..

The dependencies are really shitty... One file is dependent on the another.. if One works , other fails...

OmniaHS is more or less dependent on "WidgetRegistryClient.dll"
The size of that file in OmniaHD f/w is: 3.78KB
The size of that same file in Nokia v50 f/w is: 3.12KB
What does that mean?.. the file has more information but when I place this file in rofs2/rofs3 and flash, phone dosen't boot
The File is in ROFS1 and not even in ROM
So there must be some more dependencies related...

I am currently trying not to replace any nokia original file and direct the OmniaHS to use those dependent files but with a different name.
This would result in OmniaHS using seperate files and the firmware using seperate and would stabalize both if i succeed

Can you give me full f/w files from Omnia?
