have you tried removing the battery, putting it back and trying to power on the phone?

try flashing the official firmware, if it still doesn't work, re-download the firmware. it maybe corrupted.

    I have a Nokia 5230, RM-588, version 40.0.003 Taiwanese Version
    Product code: 0586030

I wanted to use Phoenix to refurbish it, i first implemented the installserver.exe in the firmware uda data.

But then i get a error because of a missing file, but the file wasn't in the install package for my firmware.
I didn't get the firmware files from navifirm, because they are not available for this version, but from a chinese website.
Normal flashing worked, the firmware works fine on my phone, just can't hack the phone.

Anyone have better recommendations for flashing?
Flashing with JAF doesn't work, because OGM_JAF_PKEY_Emulator_v 5 says: not supported windows version

So does anyone have a good guide how to hack the phone?

    Windows 7 32bit.
