i know abit about programming since i've learnt java and VB and hearing hardcoded means that the code could be all over the place and not just in one function am i right?

hardcoded here means it was only released as a final compiled product, and no source code available. And also it was petran compressed to make our work harder.

to all people who don't understand Tsunami HS...
please looks at your HS very-very careful...there is no way you can disable the scrolling in this HS...why

Because if you looks careful while you added/deleting widget you will see that this HS has...

    1. 14 rows from up to down..
    2. 28 block to fill all your widget side by side n up to bottom..

that is why we couldn't disable the scrolling on this HS...
if you thinks this scrolling is annoying enough for you then i suggest you don't use this HS at all...

    why need to disable??
    as we know it's hard..
as we can put many widget as lot as we want and separate them..

meaning that if you dont want the widgets..just scroll for other widget to show in HS... if you want no widgets..just scroll until no widgets..
easy...reduce your time than need to manage limited widgets in HS...

    the best way..
change your heart from unlike to love the scrolling..
its your own way to make you love this scrolling or not..
but all people have their own style..
    no comments..no offence..
    think about it..

All HS as we see...have their own styles..

Agree! And I like the fact that I can scroll down to see my wallpaper if I don't need any widgets at the moment! It's a nice feature!
