Default [Bypass] How to solve RDS bug on Nokia 5800 (Alternative solution)

    Hi,
It's known that bypass RDS bug it's necessary activate BT connection with another BT device.
Using this feature, I have found an alternative and portable solution to solve the Bug.
    I propose the solution:

    1) Download the software SpyScan install and start it
    2) Select option AUTOSCAN and keep it active
    3) Without closing SpyScan go to the RADIO and find the station (RDS working properly).

    Good RDS at all.

    p.s.
    Sorry for the bad english

    Default Another method

Thanks Giancaleone for your hint ++1

I had already heard that RDS bug was involved with BT and I found a similar workaround.

IF someone has got RP+ installed, there is another easy method to enable RDS and get it stable until next phone restart.
You could do the following steps:

    1. Install Bluetooth Locker Patch (by Xploit Machine), pls see attached file
    2. Enable BlueTooth
    3. Enable patch
    4. Search radio stations
    5. At this point you can disable patch

You will have RDS working, even if you disable patch and BT!

I hope this hint too can be useful.

    Cheers m8s!

    Sure,

it depends on the specific radio, it does not matter in which Country/City you live...

when your phone is hacked, just copy the rmp file to e:/patches and start your rompatcher and you will find the patch there
