So we'll be expecting v9 to be rolled soon across all the other s60v5 phones

For the new version, can you release a separate version with the same kinetic scrolling as PJP 8 for 5800 v4 classic? It's so smooth and constant scrolling just doesnt feel natural..

    Thanks for all your effort

    BUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!
    s60V5 Pimp Juice Plus 8 v13 For N97 & N97 Mini
The speed boost made this a mandatory update.

    whats new:
Put the system cache in D: (I know that sounds crazy but it works),
Scaled back the system UI textures to 10Mb,
    Made screen rotation less sensitive,
Camera app completely shuts down on exit to save memory (a feature I previously omitted)

The end result is this version is faster & more fluent than any previous version. it renders videos & games smoother, loads and exits apps faster & performance is up across the board.

    To install
    1. Uninstall your previous version of PJP
    2. reboot
    3. install the New version.

Those of you with hacked phones will need to go into C_Private\10202be9 and check the system and Read only attributes of 10283344.txt before you reboot.

I'm really not sure if this will work 100% on phones that are not hacked but i promise you will all feel the difference.
ill update the other models soon.

    PJP 8 v9 X6,

volume is 50% louder < dont think so...
"nokia hands" booting screen still exist...
There's a fade" turking " sound when playing music between end-of-previous track and start-of-next track..what caused that?

other than that...everything worked fine and performance were practically improved a little

would you integrate camera hack like "remove red led/sound/auto-focus light"? as the X6 have the "most bright LED" ever made.....

btw,Good job for the new version....

Technically, by the numbers it is 50% but audibly its more like 10. The original setting was 4 & I changed it to 9 thus 50%.
As for the auto focus no. I did that and the problem is that when that light does not turn green your shot is out of focus. So its better you leave it on. As for the bright light, we all suffer from this but it's essential for the camera to lock on its subject especially in low light conditions. But the sound can be shut off. by going to settings/profiles/(choose whatever profile you're using)/ personalize/*warning tones* & setting it to *off*

As for the boot screen I think it has more to do with your phone.
I had the same problem once. ill try to help you with this.

Yes. By putting the systems cache on D it boosted performance significantly. There are still some bugs to work out but I also learned that v9 can be made to be more stable with the cache on C so i will be releasing another version as well.

Can't be done...still needing external hack...i now installed additional camera sound hack which i hope would be implemented into PJP so i need not to install so many objects...thanks
