For that, you would have to go into settings, applications, and turn "software installation" to "all". Otherwise you would have to sign the file.

I had the same issue, it happened after disconnecting the phone from the USB cable. My 5800 seemed to drop into some weird basic theme, and when I tried to change it back I got the ''themes feature not supported'' error message. The only solution I found was to format and restore from a backup.

if you have the theme installed in the memory card, when you connect using mass storage, the phone will change back to it's basic theme, but when you disconnect the phone, the phone will go back to the other theme, the one you installed, so for you if it doesn't, then there be bad sectors on your micro sd, no matter how many times you format the card, the problem will persists, so the only way is to buy a new one...........

I suspect its actually a fairly simple software bug. I say this because I had the problem well over a month ago and both my card and phone have been running fine since. I also scanned the card for bad sectors and none were found.

bad sectors can't be found by scanning, it's a defect on the memory card, just like bad sectors on a computer's hard disk..........

normally when a memory card has bad sectors, it usually gets corrupted alot, even if you format it, if your card doesn't get corrupted often then it still has hope..............
