    mp4 and 3gp with framerate <=30 and 640x360 res for optimal display

    .....Or u can also use LCG Smartmovie player to watch movies in AVI format if u dont mind a laggy picture.

    i tried many formats ,some of them made my gallery hang
    the best i found was to convert to (iPhone setting) mp4 640x480
    which gives the same video details of the videos pre installed in 5800 when i bought it which is (mpeg4ves)
    i used a software called "amadis video to ....." converter
    try it if u like

    I would recomend you to use format factory. It is posted somewhere in the forum, if I don't find it today I will post again if possible or you can google.
