    Default How do i delete a backup? 5800 problem

    guys can you help me do the following:

    1.how do i delete a backup that i have just created on my memory card?
    2. i accidentally moved the messaging shortcut from the root folder to some folder (specifically internet or application) folder. now i want to restore the shortcut how can i restore it since using the filemanager i cannot seem to view the said folders..thank you guys.

    1: use a file manager like y-browser (search the forum for it)
    2: go where u have the icon right now, and chose "options" and the "organize" and then you can move back the icon
    testing

    thanks sir...already solved problem number 2..the backup deletion is all that i need to solve.

    you can use the default file manager to locate the backup file and delete it, but doesnt the pc suit backup file saves on the PC??

    ....you didn't find the back up folder in memory card using usb cable to PC? if not, view the hidden files and you'll see the back up folder then delete the contents.....

    hidden files can be seen using x-plore.
    maybe that'll help
