    Default How to reformat 5800?

I want to reformat my 5800 but i don't know how to do it.
Should i remove my sim before i do it?
Will my phone still be unlocked after i do it?
Will this also reformat the memory card?

reformat *#7370# back up all your data first before you do anything. also leave your sim card in nothing will happen. there is an option on your phone to reformat the card or you can use card reader to reformat on the computer.

hello there! as mentioned by the above answers. Reformatting your phone is pressing *#7370# then put default code 12345. Its done. Also, you don't need to remove your simcard coz it will not be affected and you don't need to remove your memory card coz all folders and data would still be there. The only things that will be removed are your applications that you installed in phone or in memory card and the contact numbers. anyway, since the .sis file is in the memory card or the installer, just install it again after formatting the phone and the contacts can be saved to sim card so that after formatting the phone, copy all contacts from simcard to phone memory......I hope this is clear already....

Use the dial pad (as you dial to someone by inputing the numbers).
