i discovered that problem with scanning the library
only if a rm , ra, or ram (any realplayer ) extension song is exist on the mobile
when i remove the realplayer file , the player scan all the phone and added all the songs to the list smoothly without any complaining
anyway using the file manager , the songs is played quit good
    i notices that with FW 11.0.008 v2

When Music Player refreshes, no music is added!!

    1) Copy the music files you want to wherever you want on the mass memory.
    2) Connect the phone in "Data transfer" mode to your PC.
    3) Delete the two files in "E:\private\101FFC31" (called "mpxv1.mpd" and "pcv5.mpd").
    4) Delete the one file in "E:\private\101ffca9" (called "harvesterdb.dat"). Also delete E:\ Private \101F8857\Cache\.dat file containg music data.
    5) Disconnect the phone from the PC and run the Music Player on the phone.
    6) Wait a while for the app to startup. It will be rebuilding the library......
    7) Just to be sure, select "Refresh".

Enable show hidden folders.. Open the .dat file with notepad and you can see which file contain music data.

Yes, go for a factory resetting from the menu.it will not flush all the data. Secondly, always tranfer your music through pcsuite and by dragging and dropping in pcsuite. Do one thing take backup of all the musicfiles only through pcsuite and then after factory reset retrieve all music through backup.

You may be having the latest firmware according to the PCSuite, but it doesn't mean that ur phone has the latest.

What is the firmware version it shows ? 10 or 11
