    im currently freevideotoipod converter, by far the videos are way way better than the default videos, just edit the xml mp4 profile which can be found in the profile folder of the dvdvideosoft folder in program files. im currently using this xml file, just change the file extension from .sis to .xml.

    <Profile>
    <Name>5800xm Highest Quality (MPEG4, 29.97fps, 640x360; AAC - 192KBit)</Name>
    <Description></Description>
    <Comment>0</Comment>
    <VideoType>0</VideoType>
    <FrameWidth>640</FrameWidth>
    <FrameHeight>360</FrameHeight>
    <FrameRate>29.97</FrameRate>
    <VideoBitrate>2000000</VideoBitrate>
    <AudioFormat>192000</AudioFormat>
    <AudioChannels>2</AudioChannels>
    <AudioFrequency>48000</AudioFrequency>
    </Profile>

    Useing high video (2000kbps) and audio (192kbps) bitrates will give you marginally higher video quality. However, you will end-up with a very large file size videos... The art of the video conversion is to get it done efficiently: that is the best acceptable quality for the smallest file size.

    In addition to that, does that video converter support multi-core processors, so that your conversion can be done very fast?

    i think while transffering your Videos through Nokia PC suite, it asks, the Video is not compatible with phone,n ask to convert, if you click on yes then It converts compatible with phone.
    I don't use any software to convert.
    for Me, Nokia PC suit asks.

    That is not a freeware. Why would you pay for such a thing?

    True. However, the conversion is slow, too primitive and not efficient. You are better off using a proper converter.
