how the hell and where the hell do i go in this phone to get rid of this problem... wifey keeps thinking i got sms messages when its simply only an alert that the SIM Memory full.

Can't work for me, because there's nothing in my SIM messages. Is there any alternate ways to fix it? And also there's also this problem 'Memory full. Delete or move some data from C:Phone memory.' There's nothing in my phone memory.
