Default Help with my new 5800 would be much appreciated :)

Hey, i recently bought my new nokia 5800 and its great although i could use some help.
I have a couple of problems:
    1.Updates
I know i can update it by typing the code into the dial but it only gives me the option to use the T-mobile internet provider to download it not my router, and of course this would cost money to use. When i update on the computer half way through the phone just turns off and messes up the update.
Is there another way, or is using the T-mobile internet provider worht it?

    2Applications
I know you can download many application and themes and such for the phone, but how, when i use the internet and say i get them to download, when i install them i get a 'Certificate Expired message'
anyone can help or explain this? I really want themes

    3. Vidoes
On websites and such, soem just dont show up or work, i guess its to do with the flash player in the phone, it is possible to download a newer version? or any other way of fixing it?

    Thanks much appreciated

Read the forum rules before posting.

    3. When creating a topic try to write an informative and not too lengthy heading, the heading should state clearly the subject of the topic.... "Help! my phone is broken" is not very helpful to others!
    Template for posting problems

Copy and paste the following code into a New Topic (Use SEARCH Before posting!). Fill it out completely to the best of your ability. When you are done, type in an informative Subject so others can help. Also, change the Message icon to "Exclamation point".

    Code:

    Device:
    Firmware:
    Problem:
What you have tried to do to resolve the problem (restarted, soft reset, hard reset?):

about updating Over-The-Air you can go to calling mode, press *#0000# -> Options -> Check for Updates. I use this almost daily to check for new updates
