But yes, how knows money would suddenly fall from the sky, i will surely get one (or the omnia, or the idou).
Even if this big wad of cash appeared out of nowhere, I am sure I am find a better use for it than spending it on a mobile.

All said and done. Can anybody advise which other phone in the market today can replace 5800 at the price of 5800. Mind it ,it should have all major features viz., 3G, wi-fi,touch screen,8 GB included, don't say.. Memory can be expanded, 369 MHZ processor. Most of the phones in the market are missing one or the other feature which 5800 has. Also they are available at much higher prices than 5800. May be, nokia's testpiece for touch screen debut. But we are not at a loss if we bought it. I am still waiting for the answers for my question in first 3 lines here.

This site http://www.gsmarena.com/ is my bible when it comes to mobile phone information (as well as this one xD) as i work in the industry i take their reviews on board and it helps me inform my customers what to expect in the next 6-12months in australia.

Are the fact sheets which i literally use everyday for a quick look at what i need to know about various models, most comon thing question is how much memory their phone can support

Hey I guess it is not correct to compare both 5800 and N97, simply cos of pricing... Nokia is not going to position it in the same class as 5800....

thr isnt any phone in the present market to replace 5800 and the only one to come in future would be the steve's iphone 3.5g or 4g @ half the price of the present one..
But i dont think apple is gonna launch it like that any sooner..
Simply 5800 rocks and its the BEST BANG FOR BUCK...
    Cheers to Nokia ..

thr is no worthy use for spending a hell lot into a high tech fone unless the features are to be used...

But i Phones price doesnt justify the features it posses..
I agree it got a superior OS, but that is not for me..
They are good in marketing it as a upmarket Fashion accessory... and Nokia keeps the competition low .
Hope the finnish company will come up compete with a cell with OMNIA HD like specs
