Default How to convert a video for playing on 5530?

I have tried zune converter. But whenever I play it on my 5530 it gives error "Unable to play sound or video clip, trying to play partially".
What are the correct settings? the resolution and output format?

avcware total video converter (google is ur friend )
    mp4 profile
    custom res - 640x360
fps - don't change, it can run 30
aspect ratio - 16:9 or better use original if possible (i don't remember certainly)
video bitrate. depends on original stream. well, if original was more than 1500 - use 1500 - clear as HD quality picture.
    audio channels - stereo
audio bitrate - see original stream again. use the maximum 320 if original has such.

can convert even flv's.. the best converter now..

transfer your video in PC Suit Mode..... it will convert video compatible to your device. while Transfering Video, accept all Permissions as Yes

the most annoying thing created by nokia ever. yes, when you select high quality it will be high enough. but. the phone should be connected! so you can't just convert some video then transfer it by card reader which is damn faster like 4x compared to shitty pc suite mode which will blast maximum ~800 kb/sec speed to transfer files.. lol.. it takes forever..
