    Default predictive hell

With predictive text on how do i give certain words priority over others, eg on my 5800 if i want to enter "at" which lets face it is a pretty common word to use the bloody thing will offer me "au" as a first choice, i know this sounds like a minor annoyance but it is starting to bug the hell out me. Please help

I didn't use T9. I think there's nothing we can do. If there's something, you have to change it word per word. Man, that's more annoying. :P

You just need to enter the word over and over again until it changes its priority.

It does work, I had yot instead of you.

you have another option that worked on my old n80.i dont know if it works on s60v5.if you want "at" to be the first option, go to the option to insert a new word in to the dictionary, and insert the word, because you have inserted a new word,it should be the first option.

I have tried all of these suggestions but it still doesn't seem to make a difference. Thanks though.

On notepad, type "au" press + past "at" too until you get the option to spell, spell "at" then ok, press done to save the note
When you try to type again on notepad you should see it uses "at" instead of "au" now.
You can delete all the notes now. It won't make any difference anymore.
You can try another word such as "cool", "book".

Thanks again, i have tried this too but it still doesn't change the priority. I also get punctuations in the wrong place, eg-if i want "I'LL" it'll give me "I.LL " as the first option?! It just doesn't make sense?.

try using the custom dictionary that's avaitable as a beta. It should let u delete the au and at will come up first in future. Available from nokia labs, i think.
