    Default 5800 newbi, basic questions...

Hi all, I'm now a proud owner of this 5800 (coming from a 9300 communicator) and have some basic questions if you could be kind enough to answer:

1- I have a English music folder with 200 songs, Spanish folder with 300 songs and a ringtone folder with 500 ringtones, but the music player just mixes the whole thing up, how to enable folder play?

2- How do I search the calender for some entry in the future?

3- in contacts, I have some large text in the NOTE field, how do I view them without going into edit mode? they don't wrap on the screen and are very hard to see.

4- how do I make a shortcut somewhere to a personal folder buried deep in memory card?

    Thank you all in advance.

Thanks Swordlink, while searching for Folder play, I also found Music Launcher which does the same thing, I also found the search feature in the internet folder so that solves the search problem too.

So now questions 3 and 4...

    1. I prefer powerMP3 over folder play. Its faster.

    2. Try the search function. On shorcuts bar homescreen you can have it there, or in Menu>Internet>Search. It also searches phone content. If the entry is a to-do list you can see it in the task list

    3. You cant. Its a thing we'd like firmware updates to fix.

    4. not possible. Although you might be able to search for it using the search function.

Thanks so much fellas, all questions answered, another quick one if you don't mind:

On my old communicator, there was a free office application which was in EPOC format which basically worked the same way as other paid office suits, is there such free office apps for s60v5? or I'm forced to buy quickoffice or officesuite only?

    Thanks again.
