i'm sorry to hear your loss mate. i, too, suffered without a 5800 because it was stolen, a few months after that i got to save up for another one. i do hope you get another one mate, maybe just in time for the n97 homescreen to be there right mate?

those thieves are !@#$%^& that don't know what it's like to work hard for something.

My 5800 was thrown by me across my work parking lot. I couldn't believe that I did it. I was in a bad mood and I just threw what was in my hand and it just happened to be my phone.

I upgraded to the N97 and wasn't happy. I liked the home screen over the 5800 but everything else was buggy. Updates did not make me any happier.

Now I am using an X6. I do really like it, as its a 5800 on steroids. Pl;us the edges are flush so the keyboard is easier to kit the corner keys. I just wish that the X6 had access to widgets like the N97. Sometimes I will never understand Nokia. I am happy with the X6 all in all, especially over the 5800 but I just do not see myself not getting the N8 when it is released.

I don't think I had my N97 more than 1 week. The best was when I went to the N97 party and the model they let me use crashed. I should have known then I would have had issues and of course I did.

5800 ain't that bad you know, for the price. phones in our country are very expensive, iPhones actually costs twice as much as it should be in the US.
